Hardware

One size never fits all.

That’s why there are three versions of Jupiter hardware: Jupiter 4 – four in and four out; Jupiter 8 – eight in and eight out; and Jupiter 12 – twelve in and four out. All inputs are software selectable for line or mic with phantom power. External controller support includes Symetrix ARC wall panels, binary or analog control voltage inputs and logic outputs, and control over IP of all app parameters. Software and DSP processes are identical across the three hardware platforms.

Sound matters.

Jupiter’s precision low noise preamps make your mics sound warm and natural. A full +24 dBu output ensures the hottest levels for the path to your amps. Jupiter’s stellar 110 dB dynamic range makes for an unusually low system noise floor.

External control.

Multiple external control options provide greater end user accessibility. You can use Symetrix RS-485 ARC wall panels for volume control, source and preset selection. Third-party control over IP is quick to implement because Jupiter’s ASCII control protocol is humanly readable with short and simple commands. Logic inputs and outputs integrate with external control hardware like custom indicator panels, life safety systems and remote camera switchers.
